How the three services fit together
LYNX is the regional bus agency for Orange, Osceola and Seminole counties. SunRail is a separate commuter rail line that runs through four counties, and LYMMO is a downtown Orlando circulator that LYNX lists among its services. LYNX and SunRail may coordinate services, but they are separate organizations, and fares, hours and rules are set separately.
Fares, schedules and routes change. The figures below are what the agencies listed in November 2026; always confirm on their websites, and check the LYNX service alerts page for detours.
LYNX buses
As of November 2026, LYNX lists a single-ride fare of $2.00 and an all-day pass of $4.50, with 7-day and 30-day passes also available, and discounted fares for riders who qualify under its Youth & AdvantAge policy. A transfer from the operator is limited to 90 minutes. If you want an all-day pass, tell the operator before you put money in the farebox.
The LYNX Paw Pass mobile app lets you buy and store passes on your phone. FastLink commuter routes charge the same fare as local buses, and NeighborLink is an on-demand service inside set zones with a flat fare, same-day booking, and service Monday through Saturday only.
Several local routes serve the airport and areas near major attractions; LYNX publishes a popular destinations page that lists the Links serving each.
SunRail
SunRail runs Monday through Friday and does not operate on a short list of holidays. Its system covers over 61 miles with 17 stations in Volusia, Seminole, Orange and Osceola counties. Fares are based on the number of county zones you travel through: SunRail lists $2.00 within one zone and $1.00 more for each additional county.
SunRail lists 50% discounts for youth ages 7 to 18, seniors 65 and older, and riders with disabilities, with proof required, and says children 6 and under ride free with a paid adult, up to three per adult. Buy a ticket in advance or at the station machine, tap it at the validator before boarding, and arrive at the platform about 20 minutes early.
Trains have space for bicycles and luggage on the lower level. SunRail's Train to Plane page describes a weekday connection from Sand Lake Road station to Orlando International Airport on several LYNX routes.
LYMMO downtown circulator
LYNX describes LYMMO as a bus rapid transit service in downtown Orlando, with buses running in their own right of way, and as fare-free. LYMMO has three lines named Orange, Lime and Grapefruit.
As of November 2026, LYNX lists the Orange and Grapefruit lines as running weekdays from 6:00 a.m. to 8:25 p.m., with weekend service beginning at 8:00 a.m. The Lime Line is listed as weekdays only. Hours change for events, so check LYNX service alerts.
